User Agreement

The basic rules for using ATLO.

Last updated: August 6, 2026. This page is written in plain language to match the current ATLO app experience and account setup flow.

Summary

Use ATLO honestly, protect your account, and only upload information you are allowed to share.

ATLO is meant to help shops manage jobs, messages, customer details, and project photos. This agreement explains the basic expectations for using those tools.

1. Using ATLO

ATLO is a workflow tool for automotive shops and related teams. You may use the app to manage projects, customer information, internal communication, photos, and other shop records.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate sign-up information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • The app currently uses email/password sign-up and email verification.
  • Some users join an existing shop by invitation code, while others create a shop as an owner.
  • During sign-up, users are asked to accept the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Only upload photos, messages, customer details, and project information you have the right to use and share.
  • Do not use ATLO for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Do not try to bypass shop-based access controls or access another shop’s information without permission.
  • Do not upload content that could damage the service or other users.

4. Shop and customer data

ATLO is built around shop workspaces. Information stored in the app can include customer contact details, project notes, status updates, messages, and images. Your shop is responsible for how it uses and shares that information inside its workflow.

5. Photos, messages, and uploads

If you use photo, message, or upload features, you are responsible for the content you submit. The app may validate files and apply limits such as image-only rules or file size limits.

6. Service changes and availability

ATLO may change features, workflows, or supporting services over time. Some parts of the app may depend on third-party platforms such as Firebase or email delivery services.

7. Suspension or termination

ATLO may limit or remove access if an account is used in a way that violates this agreement, harms other users, or threatens the reliability or security of the service.

8. Questions

If you need help with an account, want to ask about this agreement, or want to discuss privacy, use the Contact page on this website.
